The Bishop is just that: a bishop who stands next to The King of Town in The King of Town DVD. Nothing else is known about him. He has some sort of scroll. Even though he seems to be a higher rank of clergy, he wears a rope for a belt, a common trait with monks. He has a very pom-like head
