Eh! Steven was invented in an Easter Egg in the email different town. He is Eh! Steve wearing a tuxedo and drinking what appears to be champagne. He is basically a very sophisticated version of Eh! Steve, implying that the name Steven is the more sophisticated way to say Steve. From what it seems, he is never going to be referred to again. He was drawn by Lem Sportsinterviews.
