The Cheat as the Popular Vote

The Popular Vote was the sidekick of the King of Town when he ruled Free Country, USA in the days before Decemberween was discovered. TPV had a secret past with an angel, but their relationship came to a tragic end. The Angel reminds The Popular Vote not to cry so that he will not rust. In A Decemberween Pageant, he is played by the The Cheat wearing a sign which says "The Popular Vote"—however, it's probable that this is due to a low budget and he actually looked very different.
