Modestly Hot Homsar appears in the email "different town." Strong Bad imagines Homsar to be a "modestly hot girl." Strong Bad sang, "And this little weirdo would be a modestly hot girl to help me through the hard times, you know, the kind that are only sort of hot so they don't mess around with other guys." Then Modestly Hot Homsar declared, "I'm forever your girl."

According to Matt Chapman in this interview, Modestly Hot Homsar's shape was based on a past Miss California that he "traced fairly closely."
