This is Homsar's current design 2001 The House That Gave Sucky Treats to current. His hat is smaller, sits a bit higher, and flies off higher when he speaks. His legs are less slanted and closer together, and his underbite juts out more. His voice is lower and richer. Also, he now speaks complete gibberish and non-sequiturs, in contrast to the reasonably intelligible comment in his debut.
