Exterior
In The Reddest Radish, and In Search of the Yello Dello, Homestar's House is cartoonish red hut with white spots, but in the Decemberween toons The Best Decemberween Ever and Homestar presents: Presents, his house is a normal suburban house with yellow siding. So, unless he's moved (or has more than one house), what the outside of Homestar's house really looks like remains a mystery, but it seems that the more logical choice would be his normal house with siding, because his In Search Of The Yello Dello home and his The Reddest Radish home both were made a while back.
Interior
We first saw the inside of his house in the email caper, when Strong Bad and The Cheat broke into it. It has since been seen in the email radio and Homestar presents: Presents. The living room has green walls and pictures of himself through the years. Homestar's white table with the sliding doors is similar to one sold by Ikea. It also has a cow lamp which The Cheat broke in caper, but it was repaired and seen again in radio.
Homestar's bedroom, first seen in Homestar presents: Presents, has maroon walls, a window, Homestar's bed (box spring only), and an alarm clock/radio labeled "Homestar's Clock" on a dresser. Homestar's room is up a flight of stairs, so it's likely on the second floor.
Kitchen
Homestar's kitchen is seen from the floor-view in the email part-time job. It has an aqua-marine and white checkerboard tile floor, brown cabinets with yellow cabinet doors that have red knobs, a blue table with silver legs, and the bottom of the Trivia Time cookie jar is barely seen.
