Martin Van Buren was the eighth President of the United States (1837-1841), and has appeared several times in the Homestarverse. It isn't yet known whether The Cheat and Strong Bad idolize him or if they have something against him.
Sightings
- In The Cheat's Character Tape, everyone's favorite yellow fella tosses a bust of Van Buren at the camera.
- In 2 emails, Strong Bad sticks a post-it note doodle of Van Buren on his computer screen.
- In Three Times Halloween Funjob, Van Buren's face is on the coins given to Homestar at the beginning.
