Nah, it's just a joke. An exaggeration, if you will. I remember a similar joke being used in Toy Story 2, where a book cost $4.95 American and $50.00 Canadian. Nothing more than a lighthearted jab at our brothers up north. — Has Matt? (talk) 03:47, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
