All Is On is a one of those uber-annoying "kid rock" songs, commonly heard in Club Technochocolate. The song originates from the email "for kids" submitted by Allison, which Strong Bad pronounces as "all is on".

It's possibly a parody of those equally annoying European radio-friendly soft techno tracks played in Ibiza etc.
