Note about user talk pages

Hi, Chipwich. I notice you've been going around greeting people on their talk pages a lot. While we encourage friendliness, going around and leaving messages for multiple users with whom you have no connection just to say hi is not generally viewed as constructive. User talk pages are meant primarily for communication that relates to wiki activities. Also, in a few cases, you've left messages for users who are no longer active at the wiki (for example, Depressio has not edited since 2005); this is obviously pointless.
