Homestar reinstating the draft out of Marzistar

In Strong Badia the Free, Homestar and Marzipan rule their own country together. Marzipan insists that the name is Marzistar, but Homestar repeatedly mistakes for Homezipan. Marzistar consists of Homestar's front and back yards, and possibly his house. Marzipan says that "Marzistar is a hostile territory," while it seems that Homestar is a bit too concerned over declaring fruit.
