Goblin of Halloween

The goblin used to have arms?

The Goblin is a little green guy who appears in Halloween episodes. A little organ tune plays when he comes, and he does a little dance. The movement of his feet when dancing is very similar to Leg Movement #1 in the Dancin' Bubs game. Everybody seems to either not like him very much or hate him.

The Goblin was created when Homestar started telling a pass-along Halloween story. He seems to be making guest appearances in Halloween episodes.

By virtue of Bubs' addition to the pass-along story, he is also the owner of a '73 Gremlin. He's found hanging out under it at the halloween spot in Where's The Cheat?.

Apparently, the Goblin can do a perfect impression of Strong Bad's voice. In the halloween toon Pumpkin Carve-nival, he dresses up as Strong Bad as "Da Bee." When he talked in costume, his impersonation was surprisingly convincing.
