- record book — Strong Bad "makes breakfast" to hide his record for dirtiest diapey
- Cheat Commandos...O's — Cheat Commandos...O's are advertised as being "part of a complete delicious breakfast", later changed to "ridiculous breakfast"
- Email island — Strong Bad opens the email by saying, "Strong Bad Emails are a part of this balanced breakfast."
- Meet Marshie — Marshie claims that Fluffy Puff Marshmallows are good for breakfast, lunch, munch, and pinner.
