Trivia
- The star pattern displayed in the flag's union is a 28-star design. It was introduced on July 4, 1846 when Texas was admitted to the Union. The design was used for only one year.
Goofs
- The flag has 14 stripes. An American flag has 13 stripes, one for each of the original states.
