If you show the trinket to Cutesy Buttons, she will say that she and her twin sister have similar trinkets. Should we assume that Sultry Buttons is the twin sister?

Optional theory: Sultry Buttons is really Deborah???
I know the article itself says that Sultry Buttons is played by Marzipan, but could it be that her cousin slipped by under our noses?
Some points that might prove my theory:
- Similar features: her eyes are not clearly visible under her shades, and she never removes them... so what do her eyes really look like? - Dark hair: not to say that Marzipan didn't dye her hair, put on a wig, or sewed in a different weave, but she said she's not willing to have her hair cut (even though it was confirmed as a weave in "haircut"), so there's a very slim possibility that she wouldn't want it dyed either... unless it was organic. - Acting: albeit it could be that she, like most actors / actresses, does a better job outside of her natural personality, but her "Sultry Buttons" character is SCORES better than her "Cutesy Buttons" character, which isn't saying a whole lot, given the context of this "film."
I know, I know, looking too far into it. Just something to chew on.
Also, if they do put out another Dangeresque feature, they need the following "Buttons" sisters(?):
Sassy Buttons - Red Hair Earthy Buttons - Brown Hair Sweetie Pie Buttons - White Hair Punky Buttons - Blue, Pink, Green, Purple, Whatever Hair
