If you'll note in the interview iteself, it gives the date of release. They talk about the Halloween toon of 2003, and Mike remarks that it will likely be up that evening. The release date for said toon was October 29th, 2003, making this the likely date of interview. (Or perhaps Matt may have mis-estimated, in which case it may have been October 28th, but it's close enough). ⇔Thunderbird⇔ 00:36, 29 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Spelling errors

Wording of the source site
For reference, the opening to this article states that clubaquatica.net "currently seems to be down" and that it "has since evolved into SSCentral".
It's always tough doing internet archaeology, but this site especially has proven challenging to look into as the internet archive is sparse. It seems that CA was a forum for super soaker enthusiasts (I assume that, like many other 00s forums, also included General Discussion sections) that went under mid-2004. I haven't had luck uncovering any other interviews or what the forums looked like to add any context to this interview. This history of "soakerdom" seems to explain that, although they are both based around the interest of super-soakers, Aquatica and SSCentral are not directly affiliated (and, in turn, SSCentral's forums are closed and the site has not been updated in over a year). "Dan" also is HRWiki user "Soakologist" as their edit comments refer to re-listening to tapes and add context that is not elsewhere online; Dan appears to be his real name so I see no need for "quotes".
All this to say - I've been doing some (over-)thinking and reworded the lede. If anyone was active on Super Soaker message boards in 2003 and can add more context, be my guest.
