Dolph Hauldhagen is Strong Bad's supposed battle axeing "Instruc-TOR" who wears a viking helmet. He teaches his art on Saturdays from 6am to 9am at the Community Rec Center.
He appears on a flyer for his lessons. The flyer is titled "BAD AT BATTLE AXEING???" and requests joiners to "Please bring your own battle axe and an exercise mat."
This is really just Mike Chapman, but with a axe head photoshopped onto a puppet stand.
