Wilbur is a character visualized by Strong Bad in Videro Games (of strongbad email.exe). He has the body of a The Cheat, and the head of a little video game programming version of The Cheat, complete with long hair, a beard, and glasses. He works making video games, and is responsible for distributing the disappointing Congraturations found at the completion of many video games, as in after the defeat of the final boss.
