I don't think the flag's name is really Viklas. It looks to me like the picture on the playing card was there to represent Viklas, like the A on the Abdi playing card. —Shwoo 06:01, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

The flag's name isn't really Viklas. The flag is just a representation of the email sender named Viklas. --DorianGray

I think the three-appearance minimum is primarily for running gags. With characters, only one notable appearance is enough. It depends on whether or not the flag is considered a character or at least representative of one. -- 68.37.43.131 06:02, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
