However, I think in cases where it's a clear-cut tie, I think it could just be ruled a deadlock and moved to the Talk page. - Good question - usually, I leave it until something tips the scales one way or the other. However, I think in cases where it's a clear-cut tie, I think it could just be ruled a deadlock and moved to the Talk page.
