This was the second animal-idea that Strong Bad made up in the Strong Bad Email "animal". It is obviously heavily inspired by the similar fangly/lure fish from the Disney/Pixar film "[Finding Nemo]".. except that instead of an arbitrarily soothing light, it's lure is a floating homestar head.
