Princess Shellbra, as Strong Bad dubbed her, was the mermaid with a cut-out face that first appeared in the email portrait. Strong Bad asked if she wanted to be serenaded by his mystical Key-sword-tar. Since Strong Bad needed someone to talk to, he gives Lord Quackingstick the ability to be her face, although it wasn't much talking to a real girl, because Lord Quackingstick could only quack.
