Discount Flashback Warehouse was introduced in the email "flashback". This business, run by Strong Bad, deals in flashbacks at low prices. You can get flashbacks from "this season, last season, even stuff (he) just made up!". The two emails he shows in the commercial are different town and band names.
At some point in '04, there was a special sale in the Homestar Runner Store, "Strong Bad's Weekend Bargains." On the page explaining the sale, it said, "I'm like Discount Bargains Warehouse over here," a reference to the Discount Flashback Warehouse.
