The Kaiser is The King of Town's Old-Timey counterpart, as confirmed in the Club Aquatica interview. This version, unlike the current, has visible arms and legs. He appears to be modeled after a stereotypical WWI-era German, the time frame probably likening him with William II. The Sneak seems to have put a bengal tiger in his retreat. This character also appears to be the ruler of Hell, presiding over the Demon, as The King of Town would over The Poopsmith in the modern era.
