She'll help you through the hard times.

Modestly Hot Homsar appears in the email "different town," and is said by Strong Bad to be a product of his temporarily broken imagination (at the time, he believed that the best thing in the world was beef stew). Strong Bad imagines Homsar to be a "modestly hot girl." Strong Bad sang, "And this little weirdo would be a modestly hot girl to help me through the hard times, you know, the kind that are only sort of hot so they don't mess around with other guys." Then Modestly Hot Homsar declared, in his same masculine voice, "DaAaAa. I'm forever your girl."

According to Matt Chapman in the Giant Magazine Interview, Modestly Hot Homsar's shape was based on a past Miss California whom he "traced fairly closely."
