Mendelev the Archer is a character from the game Peasant's Quest. He runs the archery booth. He has a twin brother Dongolev with whom he doesn't always get along. The brothers can be told apart by the colour of the feather in their cap. Mendelev's feather is yellow.
In 1987, he liked Strong Bad's wallpaper, as seen in the email "no loafing."
