MATT: Yeah. So Abdi LaRue, uh, was our first, uh, the first email.In 2001, Abdi LaRue made Homestar Runner history as the first of hundreds to have an email personally answered by Strong Bad. Future Strong Bad Emails would make brief tribute to this unknown figure.
MIKE: Mmm, that's true.
MATT: Was he just a fan that we tal— that just emailed a lot early— in the early days?
MIKE: {simultaneously} Yeah. Yup.
