[edit] O-Solar Meow?
The look/feel and especially the music of the Sweet Cuppin' Cakes universe reminds me of a couple of Tom and Jerry cartoons set in the distant future. I recall them being Chuck Jonesish and there being two or more of them, and lo and behold there is a Jones-era sequel pair set in the future:

But I can't find any screen grabs or audio or anything on the web, so I can't be sure these are the episodes I'm thinking of.
Anybody?
- Here are YouTube clips of the episodes you're looking for (one seems to be German, but I don't think that really matters for Tom and Jerry): O-Solar Meow and Guided Mouse-ille. Are those what you need? --DorianGray 09:23, 29 June 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks! I was so tired when I wrote that I forgot to check youtube. Unfortunately, these aren't what I'm remembering. Granted, it's been 25 years so I could be wrong, but as I recall they were very avant-garde in sound and style. Also, the drama between Sherlock and The Worm may be a clue.

- I'm not sure its a reference. It is just a weird world that makes no snese. But yeah, now that you mention it, it reminds me of the weird triangly decor in the ship. --Jellote 01:30, 28 December 2008 (UTC)
