Grocery Lists are usually used for keeping track of what foodstuffs people want to buy. Despite this, Homestar will, on occasion, foolishly use them in place of other, more sophisticated forms of writing.
Appearances
- The Interview — When Strong Bad informs him that "this is an interview", Homestar politely shows off his "reh-zoom", in actuality a grocery list, claiming he has "quite a bit of experience in many different related fields."
- love poems — After Homestar interrupts Strong Bad claiming that "everybody knows [he's] the only one around here with any real no-arms-on experience with the lady-makes", he proceeds to recite a "poem" which Strong Bad immediately recognizes as a "lavishly produced grocery list". Homestar insists that it's not, claiming that his grocery list is "amazing thing, amazing thing, amazing thing, amazing thing".
