Wilbur is a character visualized by Strong Bad in the DVD exclusive email "Videro Games." He has the body of a The Cheat, and the head of a video game programmer, complete with long hair, beard, Strong Bad's voice, and glasses. He works making video games and is responsible for distributing the disappointing "Congraturation" found at the completion of many video games.
