[edit] Not enough
Those three appearances are not enough for such a general food item. And they aren't even related in any way. The reference in buried is also a stretch, because it's a joke more about the person, then the food. — Elcool (talk)(contribs) 10:53, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
- I strongly disagree. Actually, when I saw this page, I was pleasantly surprised that they were actually used in non-food ways and that this wasn't just another pointless list of items page. — Defendarrrr1031☠Talk 11:02, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
- I agree that the uses for oatmeal are original. But it's still not enough for a whole page. — Elcool (talk)(contribs) 12:39, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
- Three unusual uses is the standard. We have 3. There may even be more, but even if not, I still support this page. — Defendarrrr1031☠Talk 12:55, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
- Three is the standard for HR-specific gags. This is a common food item. If more are found, then I'll be ok with this page. — Elcool (talk)(contribs) 13:15, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
- But this is a common item used in uncommon ways. — Defendarrrr1031☠Talk 13:23, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
- Then we'll have to wait for some other people to voice in, because both our arguments are valid. — Elcool (talk)(contribs) 13:35, 27 May 2010 (UTC)

- Uh, the first one you listed is not really "unusual." Pretty much can make "anything" out of a box of cereal. Also, this reference,
*Email specially marked — One of the cereal boxes that appears while Strong Bad is naming things to avoid says, "OH! T'MEEL".
- Is not really "unusual" either.

- i've seen my fair share of nutrition facts on the sides of cereal boxes. they are quite inclusive indeed, and i have yet to see "Oats" in any of the lists. that one should be included. Indeed, "Oatmeal" on the front of a cereal box is quite common, but it sure would be something to see "Oh! T'meel" on the front of a box.
