Transformers are frequently referenced in the Homestar Runner body of work. Various characters will often parody the toys, and the Cheat Commandos show has numerous similarities to the cartoon.

  • Crackotage speaks mostly in rhyme. This speech pattern is similar to the Transformers characters Blaster and Wheelie. In addition, the jet he flies resembles an F-15, similar to Starscream's alternate mode.
