That Little Chef Guy is The King of Town's chef. He appears in The King of Town DVD and The King of Town's Very Own Quite Popular Cartoon Show, and is mentioned by the King in King of Townmail. Strong Bad doesn't trust him very much. He is seen holding a knife, yet has no visible arms. His description derives from when the King of Town calls for him in his email. In The King of Town's Very Own Quite Popular Cartoon Show, he delivers pizza to the King of Town's castle.
