Okay, I noticed that this transcript seems to take a bit of liberty in assuming what The Cheat says. I was under the impression we never did this. Any comments? -- Tom 12:39, 28 Jan 2005 (MST)

fun facts - real world references

I'm almost positive the animation of The Cheat dancing on Homestarrunner's face is a reference to Snoopy dancing on Shroeder's piano in the old Peanuts specials. If you go to this page http://www.whatacharacter.com/p-s/s--page1.htm and look at the pic of Snoopy dancing (on the box) you'll see what I mean. -Amar

The hot soup reference that you all keep deleting is DEFINITELY a reference to Oz. Look it up at the links I have provided. This is a legitiate reference and should be maintaned, not just deleted arbitrarially because BazookaJoe (age 17) hasn't seen the R-Rated show.

I haven't seen the show either. And I don't think The Brothers Chaps are making a reference to a particular instance of prison violence that appeared on a particular television episode of a particular television show. -- Tom 02:47, 13 Sep 2005 (UTC)

shouldn't hip hop dance be on this page, not a seperate one?

On the one hand, I agree with Mr. IP that the fact is a bit wordy on a subject that has little to do with H*R. On the other hand, I recognize that the point is that SB implies that just one person writes the Lockhorns when that's not the case. Thoughts? --Jay (Gobble) 23:08, 5 Jul 2005 (UTC)

Interestingly, The Lockhorns has actually been authored by three different people over the years.

This particular fun fact has been in this article for over fifteen months with the current (or very similar) wording. Thousands of others have not had a problem with it. It clearly supplies detailed and accurate information about something that was in the toon. Why change it? -- Tom 03:07, 6 Jul 2005 (UTC)

Strong Bad miniature's head

Boots reverse during The Cheat's hip-hop dance

I'm surprised this wasn't mentioned in the Fun Facts for this cartoon: When The Cheat starts dancing on Homestar's face, his sprite (including the boots) flips horizontally, causing the dollar signs on the boots to appear backwards.
