Viklas is a Swedish flag representing the sender of the email "little questions." He gave Strong Badia Swedish goods (Swedish meatballs and Swedish Fish candies) in an animated political cartoon.
He later appeared on a playing card in pom pom along with fellow emailers Abdi LaRue and monkeydude. Appparently, a pair of Abdi's and a Viklas are worth more than "a lousy MonkeyDude," although the presence of a third, irregular card in poker has little significance.
