The Datum Center Computers are what maintain an internet connection in Free Country, USA. They appear to be kept in the garage, yet have not been seen there previously. They look like any computer tower but have a picture of Bubs' face. It also seems that bandwidth can be sucked right out of them with a garden hose. When Stong Mad sucks bandwith in this way, his voice is affected simularly to how most voices are affected by helium.
