The No Loafing sign can be found in Strong Bad's Computer Room.
In "50 emails," if you click on the candle at the end you see The Strong Bad, operating the "telegramaphone whilst wearing gentleman's sport's gloves." Behind him, you can see a sign that says "Loafing Not Permitted." This sign reappeared in an easter egg in the flashback email. In the "virus" email, the "No Loafing" sign makes yet another cameo, falling off the wall and turning into html code. Ol' Loafy has had a long life.
