Matt Chapman (born November 1, 1976), the younger of The Brothers Chaps, is the voice actor for all of the characters on homestarrunner.com (except for Marzipan and her counterparts, played by Missy Palmer, as well as the voices in The Cheat's cartoons, done by Mike Chapman.)

He's in the background at one point just sitting on a couch. In the credits, he is listed as Strong Bad. Mike, Craig Zobel and Missy were also involved in the movie.
