Stiny, also known as Li'l Stiny and L'il Stiny, is Strong Badman's temporary hypothetical sidekick. He is merely a ficticious character that Strong Bad muses about in order to insult yet another e-mail writing fan, and ceases to exists after the cheat gets upset about the notion of being replaced as Strong Bad's sidekick (see below). But for argument's sake, Stiny lives with Strong Badman in Strong Badman's Apartment, assisting Strong Badman with his various evil schemes.
