It seems pretty obvious to me that the name is a reference to [[wikipedia:The Kingsmen|The Kingsmen]], the guys who recorded ''Louie, Louie.'' Of course it's a Humpty-Dumpty reference, but that's just the surface. The real meat is in the Kingsmen.

Perhaps they are "All the King's Men" in the sense that every member of the band works for the KOT. Thus, there is no error as the comment seems to imply, but the comment may as well stand. -- Brucker
