S-S-S-Scary!

The Punkin Patch appears briefly in That A Ghost, and it is simply a field full of pumpkins. The Homestar Runner and co. were looking there to see if they could find a ghost; they didn't find anything, but Marzipan was frightened to be around there, so they instead looked in the graveyard. This may be the Old-Timey version of the Spooky Woods.

The misspelling may be a reference to the Punkin Stencils.
