Ethical Chick'n Beaks is a product that was being sold at Bubs' Concession Stand in the chair. When Strong Bad attempts to replace Stooly, this product is one of the things that Bubs repeatedly attempts to sell. However, Strong Bad rejected the Ethical Chick'n Beaks, claiming that he wanted something "less anthrax-y". There are apparently 2500 chicken beaks in the box, and they are pre-owned, according to Bubs.
The Ethical Chick'n Beaks is probably a reference to the questionably unethical practice of cutting off baby chicken beaks employed by many chicken mega-farms.
