isn't there (at least a loose) 3 mentions on the h-star-r website before something minor like this is considered significant enough to merit a page? i don't really feel strongly about it one way or another, but I've seen discussion on other minor talk pages and wanted to know what the official deal is. shouldn't we keep it consistent?
