:I would second that, but I heard that some of these are actually rip-offs of the real scripts. The All-in-one script (which i just deleted from that article), for example. Maybe Tom can give some feedback about this?{{User:Loafing/sig}} 12:27, 26 December 2007 (UTC)

::*[https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1696 Full Screen Homestar Runner] is [http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/633 Homestar-Fullon by Tim Rice] converted into an add-on.  I don't see any notification that the add-on is released under the GPL, nor do I see any credit given to Tim on the add-on page.  When it was first created I brought this to the attention of the author in the comments but my comment was deleted and a nasty note telling me to mind my own business was the only notification my message was received.

::*The fact that the [[User:Phlip/Greasemonkey|official page for Phlip's script]] wasn't included (and it's pretty much the only thing that need be included) makes me think the creator of the page simply searched for "homestar" at http://userscripts.org/ and https://addons.mozilla.org/.  Also the creator calls things "extensions" and "extensions and plug-ins" when they're really Firefox add-ons and Greasemonkey scripts, so I'm not too sure they were really concerned about doing the best of research.  I don't think this page needs to exist at all (I don't think we need to report on every time someone does something Homestar Runner related on the Internet, especially in light of my points above), but I'm not sure if it should be deleted outright or redirected somewhere. -- [[User:Tom|Tom]] 18:17, 31 December 2007 (UTC)

I highly suggest, mainly because some research was put into this, not to completely delete this page, but to clean it up and merge it with Links. What do you say? Elcool (talk)(contribs) 08:01, 26 December 2007 (UTC)

I would second that, but I heard that some of these are actually rip-offs of the real scripts. The All-in-one script (which i just deleted from that article), for example. Maybe Tom can give some feedback about this? Loafing 12:27, 26 December 2007 (UTC)
  • Full Screen Homestar Runner is Homestar-Fullon by Tim Rice converted into an add-on. I don't see any notification that the add-on is released under the GPL, nor do I see any credit given to Tim on the add-on page. When it was first created I brought this to the attention of the author in the comments but my comment was deleted and a nasty note telling me to mind my own business was the only notification my message was received.
  • H*R Toolbar is a toolbar thing, lots of feature overlap with Phlip's script; I personally don't care for it, but that's me.
  • The (removed) Homestar All-In-One link on userscripts.org is Phlip's page there; it seems on the level as it links to Phlip's profile there and is well documented.
  • Tim Rice's Homestar-Fullon script is also linked. It is included in Phlip's script.
  • Homestar Runner - StrongBad Emails: Prev & Next script by unknown is also included in a different implimentation in Phlip's script.
  • The fact that the official page for Phlip's script wasn't included (and it's pretty much the only thing that need be included) makes me think the creator of the page simply searched for "homestar" at http://userscripts.org/ and https://addons.mozilla.org/. -- Tom 18:17, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
