Princess Shellbra, as Strong Bad dubbed her, was the mermaid with a cut-out face that appeared in the email portrait. Strong Bad asked if she wanted to be serenaded by his mystical keyswordtar. Since Strong Bad needed someone to talk to, he gives Lord Quackingstick the ability to be her face, although it wasn't much like talking to a real girl, because Lord Quackingstick could only quack.
