Snuffleupagus and Snuffleufflegus are identical in that they're both brown furry elephants with large eyes and long eyelashes, but they're not the same character. Snuffleupagus is a character from Sesame Street and a very friendly character at that. Snuffleufflegus came from Cedric's nightmare. He'll walk into your bedroom when you're sleeping and scare you out of bed.
