Papa Cardgage's Puddin' Patch is a 24-hour daycare that seems to be run by Senor Cardgage. The building is a dark, concrete restroom in the middle of a barren landscape, surrounded by barbed wire, with cartoon images painted on the walls, including a Winnie the Pooh-esque The Cheat and a monster resembling those of Sesame Street.
