However, as soon as Strong Bad points out it's fake, there is no more smoke to be seen. Danzut? That's the only thing I can think of, but I've never been to Turkey, so I don't know if it smells bad or not.

- It's clearly a cloth sign with the letters printed on. You can't "run out" in such an instance.

Smoking Crayon
In the first scene, before Coach Z walks up, the crayon Strong Bad smokes (or pretends to smoke) is emitting smoke like a real cigaret. However, as soon as Strong Bad points out it's fake, there is no more smoke to be seen.
