Since the introduction of Trogdor in the email dragon, beefy arms have become an inside joke in the Homestar Runner body of work. Besides their use in most Trogdor-related cartoons and games, they also appear on the logos of Action Cool 5, a Strong Badian news station, and the Strongest Man in the World Contest.

Email marzipan (Easter egg) — A man in the Powered by The Cheat music video of Marzipan's song has a beefy arm.
Email local news — The logo of Strong Badia Action Cool News 5 features a beefy arm.
Email part-time job — Strong Bad draws a picture of himself with a beefy arm.
