The Shareholders own the company where Homestar and Strong Bad work. They were seen in Biz Cas Fri 2; Homestar had an appointment with them and couldn't make it. Strong Bad filled in and explained his own idea in the hopes of saving the company millions, but the shareholders refused to listen as they were more concerned about the company's earnings. Strong Bad was clueless about the earnings, so the shareholders cut his appointment short and complained about his incompetence.
